Exchange Request Policy

At Mehrify, your satisfaction matters to us. We carefully inspect and pack every order; however, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you may request an exchange under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests received after this period may not be entertained

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Jewelry and home décor items once used cannot be exchanged

  • Exchange approval is subject to quality inspection

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products with tampered packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged)

Exchange Processing

Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched after the returned product is received and inspected.
