Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Clear photos or videos must be shared for verification

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Exchange approval is subject to quality inspection

Items damaged due to misuse

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
