Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged item

  • You receive an incorrect item

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos must be shared for verification

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Exchange approval is subject to quality inspection

Non-Exchangeable:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged)


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

  • Mehrify reserves the right to approve or reject any request after review.
